We think it is wrong for Realtors to charge different fees based upon income or home price. We think is time to start treating every buyer and seller fairly and equally.

No Up Front Fee
There is no obligation to pay Flat Fee unless you end up selling your home.

Through a combination of expert photography and online listing techniques our team will make your home stand out from the pack.
Showings and Feedback
Flat Fee will keep the process stress free by doing all of the scheduling and getting all of the showing feedback for you.
Negotiations
We will use our experience and knowledge to ensure that you get the best price and the best possible terms in your sale contract.
Closing Coordination
Our experienced team will be there to coordinate your closing and your agent will attend the closing with you, providing an extra set of eyes and ears for you to rely on.
