MLS AND REALTOR.COM LISTING SERVICE
We recently purchased GoDirect Real Estate, a Burlington based flat fee MLS and Realtor.com listing company, to help compliment our existing full service flat fee business.
We recognize that some sellers may not require professional assistance and as a result our full service flat fee of $3,500 would not be a good fit for these sellers.
To help sellers that do not require professional assistance, we offer a limited service in which we act as your agent for the sole purpose of listing your property in Vermont's MLS Systems and Realtor.com.
We charge $500 per listing for this service.
For $500, your listing will appear in both of Vermont's MLS Systems (VREIN and NNEREN) as well as Realtor.com for a period of 6 months.
Your listing will also appear on our website, flatfeevt.com, as well as many of the other local brokerage websites who utilize the MLS Databases for the content on their sites.
Getting your property listed is easy. Simply follow these steps and your property will be listed within 1-2 business days:
1. Sign and return this Listing Agreement and Consumer Disclosure Form to us by fax at (802) 264-8595 or by email to rob@flatfeevt.com.
2. Provide at least one digital picture of the exterior of your home and up to 11 additional digital pictures via email to rob@flatfeevt.com.
3. Fill out this Listing Data Sheet and return to us by fax at (802) 264-8595 or by email to rob@flatfeevt.com
4. Fill out this Seller's Property Information Report and return to us by fax at (802) 264-8595 or by email to rob@flatfeevt.com.
5. If the property contains a residential structure built before 1978, you need to read this Lead Paint Literature and complete this Federal Lead Paint Disclosure and return to us by fax at (802) 264-8595 or by email to rob@flatfeevt.com. You also need to present prospective buyers with this Federal Buyer Lead Paint Literature and this State Buyer Lead Paint Literature.
6. If the property contains a residential rental structure built before 1978, in addition to the documents above, you need to provide a completed version of this State of Vermont Rental Lead Paint Form to prospective buyers.
