Here's how you save money and why you should choose Flat Fee as your broker:

We receive a flat rate of $3,500 at closing instead of a percentage of the purchase price of the property.

If you are selling a $300,000 home, you will save up to $14,500 in fees to real estate agents if there is no buyer agent involved and $7,000 if there is a buyer agent involved.

If you are buying a $300,000 home, We will refund $5,500 to you at closing.

 In sum, our buyer clients save money because they receive refunds at closing and our seller clients save money and get greater exposure of their property because of our enhanced services.
