We are a full service independently owned real estate brokerage firm in Vermont.  We provide all of the services that other firms do but we simply charge less.  We also offer additional services including the ability for sellers to list on the MLS without a full service agent.

While we understand that saving money is extremely important, we know it is not the sole criteria for choosing a real estate agent in Vermont.  Buyers and sellers want an agent who has a keen understanding of the market in Vermont and superior knowledge about the process of buying and selling in Vermont.  Our agents have both.
