I have spent most of my adult life working with real estate and development projects. The son of a developer from Albany, New York, I purchased my first property in Vermont while still an undergraduate student at the University of Vermont in 1994. After graduating from UVM, I moved to Boston where I practiced real estate law with the nationally recognized law firm of Robinson and Cole LLP. I then returned to Vermont and practiced real estate law with the firm of Paul Frank + Collins P.C. in Burlington.

After a fulfilling legal practice, I left the full time practice of law to pursue my passion of developing, selling and managing real estate projects. 

Since leaving the practice of law, I've been involved in several real estate projects and ventures in the Burlington area, including several residential construction projects and the active management of more than 200 residential apartments and condominium units.  I also currently own eleven (11) multifamily apartment buildings in Burlington.

I have sat at every seat at a real estate closing table.  I have been a buyer, seller, buyer's attorney, seller's attorney, closing attorney, title agent, lender's attorney, buyer's broker and seller's broker.   Thanks to this experience, I am better positioned to assist my clients throughout a real estate transaction and can provide unique insight into the process of buying and selling real estate.

At the end of the day, I believe that every buyer and seller deserves the same attention and service regardless of the price of the property involved. By charging all of my clients the same rate, I ensure that each client receives the same top quality service and the inherent conflicts of being compensated based upon the price of the property are removed from the process.
