Franklin County is located in the Northwestern part of Vermont and borders Canada. Known as the "Northern Treasure" of Vermont, several of the towns are located on Lake Champlain. The County is filled with wonderful outdoor activities, particularly boating and swimming activities on Lake Champlain.
