WE REFUND OUR FEES TO YOU
In a typical transaction, we are entitled to a 3% commission as your real estate agent.
However, with our flat fee model, we will not accept more than $3,500 from the transaction.
If you purchase a home for $250,000, we will receive $7,500 from the seller. We will only accept $3,500.
Thus, we will give you $4,000 at closing, which will help offset your bank expenses and other costs associated with buying a home.
Rob Foley, the principal broker of Flat Fee, will also utilize his experience as a as a real estate attorney to assist in the negotiating and preparation of the contract and to guide you through the process.
Moreover, the flat fee model removes the inherent conflict where a buyer's agent receives higher pay if their client pays more for the property.
