For too long there has been an inherent conflict in the way in which real estate agents are compensated and an incentive to provide more attentive service to clients who are buying or selling more expensive pieces of property. 

In order to eliminate the inherent conflicts in the process and to ensure that all of our clients receive the same high level of attention and service, we have adopted a flat fee model to replace the traditional commission based real estate brokerage model.
